Airtable AI and your company’s data
By David Michaelson, MS Last checked October 24, 2026
The short answer
Airtable says it does not use your data to train AI and does not let its AI providers do so; on Free, Team, Pro, and Plus, those providers may keep prompts for up to 30 days for safety checks.
Safer setup: Use Business or Enterprise Scale for customer data, where AI providers keep nothing, or turn Airtable AI off in admin settings.
