Google says Gemini Notebook, formerly NotebookLM, does not use your files and chats to train its AI unless you give feedback; with a Workspace work account, nothing is used or reviewed by people, even with feedback.
Safer setup: Use Gemini Notebook with your Google Workspace work account, and on personal accounts skip thumbs up or down on anything confidential.
