The short answer
On personal accounts, Manus may use your data in de-identified form to improve its models, and in some places you can opt out only by email; on the Team plan, Manus says it never allows model training on your data.
Safer setup: Use a Manus Team plan for work, and think twice before connecting email, accounts, or a browser with saved logins.

Safer setup, step by step
- On a personal account, email privacy@manus.im to object to your data being used to improve its models, where your local law allows. Source: manus.im for this step
- Remove any Connector or the Browser Operator extension you no longer need; removing one stops future access but does not delete what was already saved. Source: manus.im for this step
What to write in your policy
Staff use Manus only on our Team plan. No customer accounts, passwords, or browsers with saved logins are connected.
