Canva AI and your company’s data
By David Michaelson, MS Last checked October 23, 2026
The short answer
Canva says it does not use content from Teams, Business, or Enterprise accounts to improve its AI features, and lets no outside company do so; on personal accounts its privacy policy allows AI training, which you can manage in your privacy settings.
Safer setup: Do company design work in a Canva Teams or higher account, not a personal one, and keep customer lists and personal details out of designs shared by public link.
