Freshworks Freddy AI and your company’s data

The short answer
Freshworks says that once you turn on Freddy AI features, your data may train its own AI models, including models shared across customers, unless you email support to opt out; outside AI providers do not train on it.
Safer setup: If you use Freddy AI, email Freshworks support to opt out of AI training, at least for the models trained across many customers.

What to write in your policy
We use Freddy AI only in our company Freshworks account, after opting out of AI training. AI features that send data outside our hosting region stay off.
