The short answer
Meta says it uses your chats with its AIs to improve AI at Meta, may review them by machine or by people, and offers no business plan with different rules on the pages we read.
Safer setup: Keep customer and company data out of Meta AI, including Meta AI inside Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp chats. Use a tool your company has approved instead.

Staff do not put customer or company information into Meta AI on any app. It is not an approved tool for work.
